New Accounts & Credit Terms

All orders will be invoiced as pro-forma invoice unless you have an account with us.  Pro-forma invoice requires to be paid up front and the payment can be made either by EFT into our account or by cheque posting to "PO BOX 133, Sunnybank - Qld 4109". Your orders will be dispatched upon payment received.

If you would like to open an account with us, please duly complete and submit the Credit Application for approval. Upon approved, you will be notified with credit limit and terms. However, title of goods will remain the property of Southpac International Pty Ltd until the account paid in full.

Note that over-due account will may cause credit facility frozen and any further order will be processed on pro-forma basis.  Southpac International Pty Ltd reserves rights to process the orders and take any legal actions where applicable.


What is the minimum order?

Our minimum order is $250.00 within Brisbane Metro area. Minimum order for Interstate is $350.00. Any orders with less than minimum order value will attract additional handling and/or freight charges. Note that our prices are wholesale prices and do not include GST.


What are my payment options?

We accept Cash, Cheque, Money Order and Direct Deposit (EFT). Kindly fax/email to us the Remittance Advise upon payment made. Please note that our credit facility terms and conditions should be strictly complied whereas you have an account with us.  A recovery fee will be applied for any unpresented cheque or unsuccessful fund transfer.  Please Contact us for account details. 

Note that VISA, Mastercard, American Express and any type of credit cards are not accepted.


Damaged Stock and Cancellation Policy

We have always ensured that the stocks are packed carefully and are in good conditions prior dispatching them.

Should any damage found, you must report within 7 days of stocks received. We may either replace or credit this item in our sole discretion. If an item is obviously damaged on arrival, please notify us as soon as possible.

Any problem with the consignment (for example any discrepancies on the stocks received) must be reported within 7 days of stock received.

Your order start to processing immediately after you click I confirm my order on the “order confirmation” page. During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into “Awaiting cheque payment” as order status, it cannot be cancelled.

To attempt cancel your order during processing:

1.    Sign in to your account

2.    Find the order on My Orders main page.

3.    Check the order status of relative order number

For order cancellation or change, you must formally submit your application via email or phone call.

You can also view product range from our website To be able to access our website, you need to apply for login. Please register by filling out the login request form.  Our Manager will approve the application based on the information provided. At the moment, our website is only opened to trade. However, we carefully study the need and possibility of opening to public section. We will advise those who are interested individually when this becomes available.
