There are three options to receive your stocks.

Option 1: Pick-Up

Once your order has been approved and your payment has been made, you can then request delivery or pick-up your order.

Pick-up location is Unit 27/284 Musgrave Road, Coopers Plains - Brisbane, Qld 4108, Australia.

Please give one day notice before pick-up by either email to info@homelines.com.au or call +61 7 3277 3288. When arranging pick-up, we do need the invoice# listed in your order confirmation email or given by our sales after your order is confirmed to ensure your order is well processed.

Please note that our Office Hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 5:30pm. For After Hours/Weekend appointments, please call 0417 881 660, if outside Australia +61 417 881 660 to arrange a suitable time.

Option 2: Delivery

Southpac International Pty Ltd use the services of Australia Post, Fastway, Riteway to distribute to addresses within Australia for any orders with loose cartons or any lmore than AUD1,000. For any orders with invoice value more than AUD1,000 or any with large quantities, we encourage to use pallet for saving freight cost. Please contact our office for accurate delivery charge and estimated dispatch time before placing order.

Other Delivery Information

Once your order has been approved and your payment has been made, you can then request delivery or pick-up your order.

Please ensure the delivery address and receiver's name for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address).

Our databases are regularly updated based on current availability information supplied by warehouse and supplier. Stocks can and do sometimes become temporarily unavailable after order is placed.

Southpac International Pty Ltd will endeavour to supply all orders placed via this site. All products are listed for sale in good faith, but it is possible a supplier may notify us that a stock is currently unavailable or no longer available. Upon receipt of this information from a supplier our online customer service team will contact you to let you know of the cancellation or delay of your order.
